Once the form is completed, payment must be sent via Email Money Transfer to:

Payment amount must match the selections made on the registration form.

Each Additional Class: $54.99*
Stage Photos: $89.99*

*HST will be added to the total

ATHLETE CHECK-IN - Day of Show

Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026
Time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Location: City Playhouse Theatre (Front Entrance)

Athlete check-in is drop-in style.
Simply arrive during the check-in window to collect your items.

At Check-In You Will Receive:

Your assigned competitor number
A WWA Tote Bag, including:
- Official WWA Hoodie
- Additional athlete items

Competitor numbers are assigned alphabetically by first name and must be worn on the left side / left hip of posing attire.

Athletes competing in multiple divisions will use the same number for all classes.

⏱️ The process is quick and efficient—no long wait times.

Backstage Access

Backstage opens no later than 1:00 PM
Athletes will be notified if it opens earlier

Backstage Pass Rules

Athletes & volunteers: no ticket required
Coaches / helpers: must have a ticket
Ticket + wristband required for backstage access

Athletes may compete in more than one division.
Athletes may enter only one Masters class
Masters and U21 athletes may also enter Novice or Open, depending on eligibility
MR / MS PHYSIQUEMANIA Division qualification is earned through Top 3 in Open, regardless of age category
