Advancement in WWA Physique Sports leads to qualification for PHYSIQUEMANIA, the premier WWA Physique Sports event of the year.

Ensure fair and balanced competition
Reward performance and consistency
Create a clear pathway from local events to the biggest stage of the year
Protect the meaning of championship titles

In WWA Physique Sports, you don’t sign up for PHYSIQUEMANIA — you earn your place.

COMPETITIVE LEVELS (CLASSES)

Across WWA Physique Sports divisions, the following classes may be offered:

U21 (21 and under)
Novice
Open
Masters 40
Masters 50
Masters 60

NOVICE LEVEL

Who Is Novice:

Athletes new to physique competition
Athletes with limited competitive experience

Novice provides a fair entry point and allows athletes to gain stage experience.

Novice → Open Advancement

Top 3 placement in Novice at a WWA Physique Sports sanctioned event
→ Athlete advances to Open the next time they compete

Once an athlete advances from Novice, they may not return to Novice competition.

OPEN LEVEL

Who Is Open:

Athletes who have advanced from Novice
Athletes approved to enter Open based on prior competition history

Athletes with experience from other federations may be placed directly into Open, at the discretion of WWA Physique Sports.

QUALIFICATION FOR PHYSIQUEMANIA

PHYSIQUEMANIA is the premier championship event of the year and is qualification-based.

How to Qualify

Athletes may qualify for PHYSIQUEMANIA by:

Placing Top 3 in an Open class at a WWA sanctioned event
Holding an IDFA Pro Card (automatic qualification)

Only athletes who meet one of these criteria are eligible to compete at PHYSIQUEMANIA.

This structure ensures PHYSIQUEMANIA remains:

Highly competitive
Prestigious
Championship-level

PHYSIQUEMANIA CHAMPION TITLES

Athletes who win their division at PHYSIQUEMANIA earn the official championship titles:

Men’s Titles

MR PHYSIQUEMANIA — Muscle Physique
MR PHYSIQUEMANIA — Physique

Women’s Titles

MS PHYSIQUEMANIA — Bikini Model
MS PHYSIQUEMANIA — Fitness Model
MS PHYSIQUEMANIA — Muscle Model

These titles represent:

Earned qualification
Proven performance
The highest level of achievement within WWA Physique Sports

MASTERS & U21 ATHLETES

Athletes may enter only one Masters class
Masters and U21 athletes may also enter Novice or Open, depending on eligibility
Qualification for PHYSIQUEMANIA is earned through Open placement, regardless of age category

FINAL AUTHORITY & FAIRNESS

WWA Physique Sports reserves the right to:

Verify athlete eligibility and competition history
Assign appropriate class (level) placement
Enforce advancement and qualification standards

All placement and qualification decisions are made with fairness, integrity, and sport credibility as the priority.
