JUDGING CRITERIA
Workout Warrior Athletics (WWA)
At Workout Warrior Athletics, judging is built on clarity, fairness, and consistency.
Each division within WWA has a distinct purpose, look, and standard. Athletes are judged only against the criteria of their division, not against athletes from other divisions.
WWA judging emphasizes:
-
Athletic physiques
-
Balanced development
-
Healthy presentation
-
Confidence and stage presence
-
Clear division separation
This page outlines the judging criteria for all WWA divisions, followed by comparison charts to help athletes choose the division that best fits their physique and goals.
CORE JUDGING PRINCIPLES (ALL DIVISIONS)
All WWA divisions are evaluated using these foundational principles:
-
Symmetry & Proportion – Balanced development from top to bottom and side to side
-
Muscular Development – Appropriate muscle size for the division
-
Conditioning – Leanness that enhances shape and detail without unhealthy extremes
-
Stage Presence – Confidence, posture, composure, and professionalism
-
Overall Presentation – Grooming, attire fit, and how the physique flows as a whole
Important: Bigger is not always better. More shredded is not always better.
The goal is to match the division standard, not exceed it.
