Workout Warrior Athletics (WWA)

Choosing the Right Division

Workout Warrior Athletics offers clearly defined Physique Sports divisions designed to reflect athletic development, presentation, and performance, not extremes or trends.

Each division has a distinct purpose and standard. Athletes are encouraged to choose the division that best represents their current physique, athletic background, and presentation style.

If you are unsure which division is right for you, WWA is available to assist with placement guidance.

MEN’S DIVISIONS

 

🔹 MUSCLE PHYSIQUE

 

A blend of classic-level muscularity and traditional bodybuilding standards, with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, and overall athletic presentation.

 

Muscle Physique is the most muscular men’s division in WWA Physique Sports.

 

This division emphasizes:

  • Advanced muscular development

  • Balanced proportions from top to bottom

  • Clear separation between muscle groups

  • Strong but controlled stage presentation

 

Muscle Physique is ideal for athletes who:

  • Have significant muscle density and size

  • Display classic symmetry and structure

  • Want to showcase muscular development without extreme conditioning

  • Present as high-level strength-based athletes

🔹 PHYSIQUE

 

Physique emphasizes a lean, athletic, and balanced look, with strong upper-body development and an aesthetic V-taper.

This division emphasizes:

  • Broad shoulders and back

  • Tight waist and visible core

  • Athletic conditioning

  • Confident, relaxed presentation

Physique is ideal for athletes who:

  • Prioritize aesthetics and athletic shape

  • Have moderate muscularity

  • Excel in upper-body balance and presentation

  • Want a clean, sport-focused look

WOMEN’S DIVISIONS

🔹 BIKINI MODEL

Bikini Model highlights a fit, athletic, and feminine physique, focusing on shape, balance, and confidence rather than muscle size.

This division emphasizes:

  • Overall shape and symmetry

  • Light muscular tone

  • Healthy, athletic conditioning

  • Poised and confident presentation

Bikini Model is ideal for athletes who:

  • Prioritize shape and fitness over muscle size

  • Maintain a lightly muscled, athletic look

  • Want to showcase balance, posture, and confidence

🔹 FITNESS MODEL

Fitness Model bridges the gap between Bikini Model and Muscle Model, emphasizing athletic muscularity with clear shape and definition.

This division emphasizes:

  • Visible muscular development

  • Athletic symmetry and proportion

  • A strong V-taper and X-frame

  • Confident, athletic presentation

Fitness Model is ideal for athletes who:

  • Have noticeable muscular tone and shape

  • Want to showcase athletic strength and balance

  • Train with intensity but avoid extreme muscularity

🔹 MUSCLE MODEL

Muscle Model is the most muscular women’s division in WWA Physique Sports.

This division emphasizes:

  • Advanced muscular development

  • Clear separation between muscle groups

  • Balanced upper and lower body strength

  • Strong, confident athletic presence

Muscle Model is ideal for athletes who:

  • Possess significant muscular density

  • Display symmetry and strength

  • Want to present a powerful, athletic physique

TRANSFORMATION (MEN & WOMEN)

🔹 TRANSFORMATION

Transformation is a signature WWA division that celebrates personal growth, commitment, and meaningful change.

This division is not judged on physique comparisons.

Transformation emphasizes:

  • Visible progress from Before to After

  • Personal journey and story

  • Confidence and pride on stage

  • Inspiration and impact

Transformation is open to all levels, whether the journey is physical, mental, emotional, or lifestyle-based.

CLASSES (LEVELS) WITHIN DIVISIONS

Physique Sports divisions offer the following competitive classes:

  • U21 (21 and under)

  • Novice

  • Open

  • Masters 40

  • Masters 50

  • Masters 60

Note: Transformation division has 2 classes: Transformation, and Transformation Elite.
