How It Works (Simple & Clear)

 

Step 1: Secure Your Spot

 

You start by completing payment through Shopify.

Step 2: Individual Setup (Before Day 1)

 

After payment, you’ll receive a personal setup form.

 

This allows me to build:

  • Your individual workout program

  • Your personal nutrition goals

 

Everyone starts Day 1 prepared and confident.

Step 3: Baseline Measurements

 

Before Day 1, you’ll complete your private baseline measurements.

 

We track progress at:

✔️ Day 30
✔️ Day 60
✔️ Day 90

 

Measurements include:

  • Bodyweight

  • Girth measurements (chest, waist, right thigh, right arm, right calf)

  • Progress photos (front, side, back)

 

These are reviewed privately between you and me.

Step 4: Coaching Group + Weekly Check-Ins

 

You’ll be added to the Private 90 DAY WARRIOR Facebook Coaching Group.

 

Inside the group you’ll receive:

  • Daily tips & reminders

Shaun Campbell is the founder of Workout Warrior Athletics and the creator of the 90 DAY WARRIOR program. With nearly three decades in the fitness industry and over twenty years running International Drug Free Athletics (IDFA), Shaun has coached and guided hundreds of individuals through all stages of their fitness journey. From his years as a competitive natural bodybuilder to now training in his fifties with a strong focus on health, longevity, and consistency, Shaun brings real-world experience to his coaching. His philosophy is simple: progress comes from structure, accountability, and making smart adjustments over time — not extremes. Through 90 DAY WARRIOR, Shaun combines individualized coaching with the power of community to help people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits for life.
